After a short briefing we will sail to Sirmione to visit the castle, the springs of sulphurous water and the ancient Grotte of Catullo, here we will stop near the beach called Jamaica Beach for transparency of its water. We will drop anchor to enjoy the beach and organize lunch (or the aperitif for the half-day experience -4 hours) on the boat with typical local products Here you can sunbathe, take spectacular photos and refreshing baths! for guests there are snorkeling equipment, sup and dinghy. If, on the other hand, you prefer to relax and sunbathe, the boat will gladly welcome you The return route crosses the sunset with its romantic colours. We'll start with the incredible Arena, a Roman amphitheater older than the Colosseum and still used today! Then, we'll continue along Via Mazzini, where most tourists notice the beautiful shops, but where we'll notice details and unique stories. In its buildings you can read all the history of Verona: the remains of the Roman city, the first 12th century Romanesque town hall, the first residence of the Scala family (XIV century), the 15th century Loggia di Frà Giocondo, the lions of San Marco placed by the Venetians when the city was annexed to the Serenissima and then chiseled away by Napoleon's troops, the Statue of Dante erected to reaffirm our Italian culture and language in the Austrian era, and finally the entry into the kingdom of Italy: all the history of Verona enclosed in this single Piazza! After having also seen the Scala family Tombs (the monumental tombs of the Lords of Verona), we'll pass to the neighboring medieval inner courtyards, as suggestive as only the ancient corners can be, and we'll finally end with the famous Casa di Giulietta, with its balcony and the statue of Juliet, among the most visited single monuments in the whole world. Meet my co-host in the city-centre, where you will take place in a comfortable and air-conditioned minivan, and there you will start to enjoy this relaxing half-day tour in Valpolicella wine region. During the transfer he/she will explain you about the local wines and Valpolicella valley. Then you will arrive at the winery, one of the beautiful ones located in the heart of Valpolicella, where he/she will show you the wine cellar and how the wine is kept. Afterwords you will sit around the table to taste some chosen wines, including the great Amarone! After taking some beautiful pictures in the gardens and vineyards, we will get back on board the minivan and we'll take the way to a second winery for another tasting. Proponiamo un'esperienza di scuola vela di mezza giornata, costeggiando le suggestive coste settentrionali del Lago di Garda. La partenza è prevista dal porto San Nicolò di Riva del Garda; discenderemo poi lungo le coste occidentali fino alle Cascate del Ponale, dove potrete godere di un bagno rinfrescante. Proseguiremo in direzione sud verso Limone, una cittadina immersa tra le caratteristiche limonaie gialle. Dopo una breve sosta ripartiremo verso le coste veronesi dove svetta il Castello di Malcesine; prima del rientro in porto veleggeremo lungo le ventose spiagge di Navene e Torbole. La flotta a disposizione comprende 5 barche a vela (da 8 m. fino a 11 m.) dotate di ogni comfort e di bagno privato a bordo. In caso di maltempo l'esperienza può essere posticipata in accordo con gli ospiti. Altre cose da tenere a mente: porta con te costume da bagno, crema solare, cappellino e telo mare; in bassa stagione è consigliabile portare guanti, cappellino e giacchettino antipioggia.

Via Ferrata tracks runs through a rocky terrain equipped with metal stepladder and wires which make the progression easier and fun. From the meeting point we will drive shortly to the parking place; then we will reach the via ferrata by a walking approach. After a quick briefing, about the gear and the safety rules we have to observe, we will learn the correct rope manoovers and climbing techniques enjoying the amazing Dolomites landscape!

Tour a cavallo sulle colline gardesane è un’ escursione a cavallo della durata minima di un’ora. Una piacevole passeggiata a cavallo tra le colline del Lago di Garda, lungo sentieri e itinerari che si alternano tra boschi, vigneti e distese collinari. Per chi avesse poca esperienza, nessun problema, le nostre escursioni sono adatte a tutti. La guida vi aiuterà a montare in sella, e a prendere dimestichezza con il cavallo, poi non vi resterà che godervi lo spettacolo. Per chi sperimenta questa attività per la prima volta, introduciamo una mezz’ora aggiuntiva (obbligatoria) di messa in sella ( supplemento di 12 € ) che deve essere riservata con anticipo. Durante questo tour a cavallo potrete ammirare i paesaggi circostanti, godendovi la tranquillità di questa esperienza unica in compagnia dei nostri amici cavalli. Durante la passeggiata raggiungerete un punto panoramico con vista sul Lago di Garda. Per principianti è consigliata l'opzione da 1 h; per esperti è possibile richiedere l’esperienza di 2 h. According to your native language, we will give you some of the letters addressed to Juliet. You will open them and read them discovering love stories from every corner of the world. Then we will have some coffee and we will discuss what to answer. Now it's your turn to write a letter! Signed and sealed, the letters are ready for delivery. Corte Odorico è una piccola realtà familiare che comprende l’azienda agricola, una cantina e due appartamenti ad uso turistico. Attraverso il percorso di degustazione, la nostra intenzione è di farvi immergere nella storia della nostra famiglia e della Valpolicella classica. Il tour inizia con il mostrarvi i vigneti che circondano Corte Odorico, di nostra proprietà da tre generazioni, da cui ricaviamo i nostri vini. Il tour prosegue con la visita all’essicatoio e alla cantina, per raccontarvi della tecnica di appassimento e dell’affinamento in botte, tecniche che rendono i vini della Valpolicella unici. Infine, ci sposteremo nella sala di degustazione, ottenuta da un connubio di materiali naturali quali tufo, legno e ferro. Qui il nostro scopo e di fermare il tempo per qualche ora, e di condividere con voi la storia ed il sapore dei nostri vini, Valpolicella, Ripasso, e Amarone della Valpolicella Classici. In questa giornata ti posterò a scoprire i miei sentieri preferiti, lontani dalla folla, nel cuore delle vere Dolomiti. Hai mai provato l'esperienza di camminare in un bosco di notte? Quello che di giorno può sembrarci banale con il buio acquista un'atmosfera magica. Con le tenebre gli animali escono dalle loro tane, e il bosco si anima di nuova vita. Le Dolomiti sono anche chiamate Monti Pallidi, e quando la luna le illumina le loro rocce risplendono nel buio. Faremo una facile ciaspolata nel bosco, ammireremo le stelle e il maestoso Monte Pelmo. Preparati a vivere emozioni speciali! PROGRAMMA: Ritrovo ore 17.30 al parcheggio per il rifugio Città di Fiume Partenza per l'escursione Rientro previso per le 19.30 IMPEGNO FISICO Escursione facile su sentiero. Dislivello 300 metri, lunghezza 6 km Noleggio ciaspole incluso, trasporto non incluso. Questa è un'escursione di gruppo, perciò potrebbero esserci altri partecipanti oltre a voi. L'escursione si svolgerà anche in caso di cielo nuvoloso o nevicate. Sarà annullata in caso di pioggia o vento forte.

Just as Naples is the capital of Italy’s thick-rimmed wood-fired pizza pies, Bari and its surrounding Pugliese towns are home to a beloved regional flatbread called focaccia. I'm sure that you must have tried the regular focaccia, that you'll usually get served in an Italian restaurant, but what I offer you to learn cooking with me, is an original Pugliese recipe for the focaccia, that you will see it is a lot different and tastier than any focaccia you have ever tried. The Focaccia is drenched in a special Pugliese olive oil before the soft dough is stretched into place, so when it all goes into the oven, the dough practically fries in the pan as it bakes, rendering the bottom and sides crispy and pleasantly oily, while the inside is nicely soft. During the experience, we will make two focaccia. One I will firstly prepare and explain to you all the details, and then you will make the second one by yourself with my guidance. Even if you have never cooked before, I will guide you through the process and at the end, you will surely be able to make the "Focaccia Pugliese" by yourself and bring this tasty pastry to your friends and family back home. Io, Michele e Luca vi porteremo alla scoperta della natura e della storia del Lago di Garda, costeggiando in barca a vela le sue suggestive coste settentrionali. La partenza è prevista dal porto San Nicolò di Riva del Garda, situato alle pendici del Monte Brione: i venti ci spingeranno dalle coste ricche di vegetazione mediterranea fino alle pareti rocciose occidentali. Nei pressi delle Cascate del Ponale, ci fermeremo ad osservare i bunker, le caverne, e gli appostamenti militari risalenti alla Prima Guerra Mondiale. Proseguiremo poi in direzione Sud, fino a giungere nei pressi della pittoresca cittadina di Limone: qui è possibile ammirare le serre di limoni e di aranci coltivate fin dai tempi della Serenissima di Venezia che ne face merce d'esportazione in tutta Europa. Ripartiremo poi verso le coste veronesi dove ammireremo l'imponente Castello Scaligero di Malcesine reso celebre dai disegni e dalle descrizioni dello scrittore tedesco Johann Wolfgang von Goethe. Prima del rientro in porto veleggeremo lungo le ventose spiagge di Navene e Torbole.
