Desde hace varios años realizo tours turísticos por el casco histórico, en un primer momento en castellano y ahora también en inglés. Ofrezco una visita guiada por la ciudad, a modo de introducción a la historia de Cádiz, de entre dos horas y media y tres horas de duración. La visita es principalmente un recorrido en exterior por las calles y plazas del centro histórico con entrada al interior de algún monumento que son perfectamente descartables si por diferentes razones ese día en concreto están cerrados al público. Un recorrido por la ciudad más antigua de occidente: fundada por los fenicios allá por el año 1100 a.C., engrandecida por los romanos con la producción de la famosa salsa GARUM. Codiciada por musulmanes y cristianos. Puente de unión entre Europa y América tras la llegada de Cristobal Colón en 1492 y ciudad constitucional, inexpugnable durante las guerras napoleónicas. ¡3000 años de historia te esperan para ser descubiertos!

Disfrutaremos de una clase de surf totalmente privada en la Playa de Santa Maria del Mar , una de las olas para principiantes más atractivas. Aprenderemos la teoría, ejercicios prácticos de stretchin. Una vez en el agua nos deslizaremos en las olas y practicaremos la técnica para disfrutar al máximo de nuestra sesión. Al tratarse de una clase privada aprenderemos y disfrutaremos al máximo. Al final de la sesión recibiremos vía email las fotos y vídeos de la experiencia con calidad Go-pro. Otros aspectos destacables Primer intento es una aproximación a una sesión de Surf a través de una clase privada. En todo momento adaptare mis conocimientos y mi experiencia a la capacidad de los participantes, declinando la responsabilidad de sus logros a esta.

Si no hay viento navegaremos a motor. Goza de unas vistas espectaculares de Marbella y su montaña desde el mar, en días despejados podrás ver África y Gibraltar! Sol, aguas cristalinas, brisa marina, un buen baño en alta mar cuando el tiempo lo permita, disfrutar de un paseo en tabla de paddle surf, disfrutar del sol en las colchonetas o simplemente relájate y vive una experiencia diferente mientras navegas en busca de delfines! Esta experiencia tiene una duración de 2 horas de Enero a Mayo y de Noviembre a Diciembre y de 3 horas de Junio a Octubre. Nuestro velero de 12 metros de eslora se encuentra en Puerto Banús. Si queréis hacer una celebración privada o grupo privado puedes preguntarme :) En Marbella se puede navegar durante todo el año, en invierno es aconsejable ponerse una chaqueta pero el tiempo suele ser bueno. A qué hora prefieres hacerla?. Nos adaptamos. Vejer, pueblo en lo alto de una montaña, privilegio que le permite controlar La Comarca Laguna de la Janda y Estrecho de Gibraltar. Viviremos en el barrio árabe, La Leyenda Al Zhora, insignie vejeriega árabe expulsada en el S. XIII, esposa de Sidi Al Rachid, fundador del pueblo azul de Chaouen. Nos rendiremos al apoyo de las gentes vejeriegas en el auxilio de los náufragos de la Batalla de Trafalgar; a la vista desde el Mirador de Poniente. Homenaje al 1º Defensor del Pueblo Andaluz, Juan Relinque, quien lucho por mantener Las Hazas (tierras comunales frente el poder feudal)

Vive una fantástica experiencia haciendo Snorkel en la Isla de Tarifa, entre dos mares, Mediterráneo y Atlántico. Tamaña mínimo del grupo 2 personas. La actividad esta compuesta por varias partes, en primer lugar nos equiparemos, nos pondremos los neoprenos y los escarpines y os daremos aletas, mascara y tubo. En segundo lugar haremos una breve teoría para explicaros como utilizar el equipo de snorkel, las particularidades de la zona y su biodiversidad de especies marinas. Iremos a hacer snorkel en el Parque Natural del Estrecho. Dependiendo de donde sople el viento entraremos por el Mediterráneo o el Atlántico. Tenemos un espigón que divide el mar y el océano. Por ultimo, cuando acabemos, nos desequiparemos. Previamente os habremos pedido el peso, la altura y el num de pie, para llevaros a la zona vuestro equipo de snorkel con las correctas medidas. Podréis dejar vuestras pertenencias personales en la furgoneta de la escuela durante la realización de la actividad. Conocerás nuevas especies de peces del Mediterráneo, gran visibilidad e increíble vida marina. Te enseñaremos los lugares más bonitos alrededor de la Isla de las palomas en el Parque Natural del Estrecho. Te proporcionamos todo el material que te hace falta. Dificil apracamiento, cerca Colegio Almadraba suele haber parking. Intentar estar 10 minutos antes de la actividad. Se esperará a los clientes max 10 minutos.

Haremos una clase muy divertida donde se aprenderá los pasos básicos del flamenco y su historia. Terminaremos sabiendo una coreografía completa incluyendo zapateado flamenco. Los movimientos de manos y brazos. La clase es muy didáctica y divertida. Para todas la personas, hayan bailado antes o no. Si no tienes zapatos de tacón, ir con zapatos que sean cómodos o zapatillas deportivas *Mínimo 2 personas (Si estas solo y quieres la clase particular, tendrás que pagar 10 euros al final de la clase.)

Vamos a descubrir una nueva disciplina deportiva atravesando la ciudad como si estuviésemos surfeando las calles en completa seguridad y diversión garantizada. Un surfskate es un patín con unas características especiales que permiten deslizarse por las calles como si lo hicieras en una ola sobre una tabla de surf. Los movimientos son absolutamente intuitivos y fáciles de aprender. Si quieres mejorar tu surfing, depurar tu técnica o si nunca has hecho surf, aquí tienes la oportunidad de iniciarte en esta nueva disciplina, a qué esperas?

Rodeado de naturaleza, campos y acebuches, es un lugar idílico para acogerte. Al llegar, te enseñaré nuestras instalaciones, los campos donde descansan los caballos, la pista donde se realiza la sesión de coaching, te presentará a la manada de caballos, entre ellos, pura raza española, pura raza inglesa, poni, burros. A continuación iremos a la pista donde se realiza la sesión de coaching con caballos. A través de mis preguntas y observaciones y del comportamiento de los caballos irás reflexionando, irás abriendo puertas nuevas y encontrando soluciones a tus inquietudes/bloqueos. Es un experiencia vivencial entre tú y el caballo, donde el animal se convierte en un espejo, una metáfora de lo que te está sucediendo. El caballo es un coach más, interactua contigo durante todo el proceso de forma más pasiva o activa en función de lo que vaya sucediendo y de los ejercicios propuestos, y te va dando un feedback directo e inmediato. Al finalizar la experiencia, te irás con una conexión única contigo misma, con la naturaleza, y por supuesto con los caballos.
