Piet’s Perch is filled with charm and all you need for a fabulous urban experience. The windows open onto a courtyard, letting in light and shielding you from city noise. Step outside and it’s a quick walk to the sites, great dining, music and more.
This 3rd floor flat includes air conditioning and is 2.5 blocks from Whole Foods and 1 block from an Amazon Go, the ultimate in contact free shopping. We have weekly and monthly discounts to make an extended stay affordable. Bookings of 28+ days avoid the 10% city hotel taxes, this is just the law but knowing can save you money.
We call this light-filled, third-floor flat, Piet’s Perch. It’s designed to be the perfect place to relax and recharge – whether you’ve spent the day exploring the Emerald City or innovating in the nearby high-tech corridor.
(If Piet’s Perch is unavailable, or the two flights of stairs is daunting, check out the lovely Jewel Box on the main floor. There's a link in our profile.)
Built in 1922 and converted to condos in 2007, Piet’s Perch is filled with charm and everything you'll need for a fabulous urban experience. The windows open out over an interior courtyard, letting in lots of light and shielding you from the noise of the city. Step outside and you’re a quick walk from Pike Place Market, the Space Needle, AMZN & MSFT offices, great dining, music & more.
Check-in is a breeze. We'll send the code to a conveniently located lock box 72 hours before your arrival along with tips for your visit.
Located downtown, around the corner from The Spheres and a quick walk to Pike Place Market, the Space Needle and Convention Center, this is an ideal location for seeing the city. You’re minutes from iconic Seattle dining, breweries, cafes, and more.
With a Walk Score of 99, you truly can get just about everywhere on foot.
We don’t recommend renting a car for your visit – you can grab a cab at the airport or take the Link light rail to the Westlake station (35 minutes/$3) and you’re 4 blocks from the condo. If you do drive, there’s a parking garage half a block away with competitive overnight rates.
To explore Seattle’s other neighborhoods – Ballard, Capital Hill, Fremont, Madison Park and more – try Uber or any of these options:
• South Lake Union Streetcar (2 blocks away)
• Pronto Cycle Share (around the corner)
• King Country Metro bus (bus stops nearby)
If you want to explore outside the city, Avis, Hertz, Enterprise and Budget all have offices within walking distance. Great day trips include wine tasting in Woodinville or visiting Port Townsend, The Ho Rainforest and Mount Rainier.
