After picking you up at your downtown core Toronto Airbnb, or other convenient location, we will start your adventure to Niagara Falls. Along the way we will stop at several picturesque waterfalls, an iconic Canadian cafe chain and an award winning winery. During short walks along tree lined paths at these smaller falls, you’ll learn about the geology of the area followed by a stop at a coffee shop chain that has become part of the Canadian identity. Then, we’ll hop in the car and continue to Niagara's wine region, where we will stop for a tasting (including ICE wine) at one of Niagara Regions most award winning wineries. After a delicious sit down lunch, we’ll go to the world-famous Niagara Falls where you will bathe in the mist from the Falls as we walk along the rim of the Niagara Gorge. We will have more than enough time for guests to participate in one of these optional self led activities: the historic Niagara Boat Cruise (in season April to late November) OR The Journey Behind the Falls when the boat is not available Following our visit to the upper edge of the mighty Horseshoe Falls we will return direct to Toronto. Using real sterling silver, tiny saws, hammers, and fire, you'll create your very own ring. I'll teach you how to measure, cut, solder, bend, file, and polish your custom creation. Every menu is created the morning of the dining experience. Moreover for the curious of hearts, I would be cooking and baking dishes, giving you a true peek into the world of fine dining in top kitchens. The experience is a 16 course gelato tasting with a visit to the gelato lab where all the creative flavours are tested & produced. During the tour I will explain the differences between Icecream & gelato , the science behind gelato, production of gelato and the history behind the company. My unique back ground of being a chemical engineer and a chef will give you a unique perspective of the art of gelato. We have flavours that are seasonal and creative. Flavours such as smoked chocolate and bourbon, cheeseboard, Thai ice tea, pistachio baklava, coconut lemon cream Pai, peanut butter and croissants etc… are among many you may taste.. we are happy to accommodate any dietary restrictions. I will show you how to work with the clay, get it ready for the wheel, center it, and eventually start shaping. Usually students can make either a small bowl, plate, mug or vase on their first try. You will get up to 30 minutes of time on the wheel which is plenty to create one item, and then you can add accents to your piece i.e. handle and you'll get to handbuild for the remainder of the time (add accents to your piece). You can take the pottery home with you the same day you make them, or—if you'd like—I can fire your work, glaze it, and ship it to you for a small fee. We will meet at a dance studio in Yonge - Eglinton neighborhood in Toronto. This experience is for individuals, kids, or couples/dance partners, and we will relearn the art of Salsa or Bachata (your choice. or both!) in leading and following. NOTE: If you don't see a booking date/time available, please just direct message me, and I will try to accommodate! I love dancing Salsa/Bachata because of the passionate music and sensuality. We'll practice the basic steps with a fusion into casual social dance with a partner. You will learn about timing, rhythm, turn patterns, body waves, hand holds, and sensing your partner. We'll have fun and you'll learn to dance with confidence. This lesson is for EVERYONE - from beginners with little or no dance experience to experienced salsa/bachata dancers. The class will last 1 hour. The goal is to give the male leader new leading skills and to teach the female follower to be present in the moment. It's a relatively foreign dance style, but it’s entertaining for sure! Btw, Salsa/Bachata is a fantastic way to connect with your partner on a romantic date night!!! Picture your self in a canoe, at night, in front of one of the most picturesque city skylines in the world. In this after dark experience, you will be right in front of the downtown illuminated by millions of lights, while still being in the wilderness of the Toronto Islands. As visitors head back to the city, it’s mostly just us on a deserted islands, surrounded by nature. It’s a unique and one of a kind of experience where you’re simultaneously present in a densely populated urban environment and, at the same time, completely empty park. We all are going to be in one canoe, with a safety navigation lights switched on. We will paddle to the lookout out point, to watch the night view of the city and to experience the contrast between the urban and remote. You will have a great opportunity for some great shots.

Most of these are great architecture, monuments and other tourist attractions. The entire experience will be around 60 mins long but depends on the weather conditions that we can talk about :) As can be seen, there are few spots for every experience session but if you have a group bigger than that, write to me and I can arrange a private group session for you! I want to be your friend-photographer for the day! :) This will be a private event! We will be walking around the neighborhood and avoid all indoor locations. Please dress for the weather. We will meet up and discover Yorkville together. If you are interested, I will also tell you about Yorkville's history of fame and fortune (ask me for photos from the 1900s!). We will take some lifestyle portraits in a park - this park gets new decorations every season and is a cultural hub. We will then continue walking towards the oldest street in the neighborhood. This area has a few of the oldest historical buildings in Toronto and a slight European feel. We will stop to admire the stark contrast between new condos and old buildings including some public street art, the chic coffee truck and the street with the most loved Italian restaurants. We will also stop at any spots that you consider photo-worthy. We will end the tour back on Bloor street - one of the most luxurious shopping streets in North America.
