i live and grew up in the area,the hike is about an hour south we will be driving north of San Pancho and after arriving we'll do a beautiful hike in the jungle (mostly shaded) i have 2 options for the hike, depending in the amount of hiking you want to experience, both are amazing, with beautiful nature , then we can stop on top of the hill for amazing views of the pristine dark blue ocean pacific, we will walk to the beautiful hidden beach, where will take some refreshements and enjoy the clear ocean and swim , beware that the pacific ocean its strong and sometimes i advice my guests to be very careful of it if its need it, the trip can be suited for the group. Once we arrive, we will immerse ourselves in the jungle and ride for about half and hour in off the road paths, crossing rivers and beautiful vegetation and fruit fields. until we reach the main entrance to the sanctuary. At the entrance of the sanctuary, we will take a little break and learn about the surroundings and the archeological site. From there, it's nature at its best! The sanctuary is unique, amazing, sacred, and magical spot. It's full of surprises for anyone open for them. We will walk to the "Pila del rey," a natural-made pool right in the jungle where one can swim and refresh. The walk is about 30 minutes, all shaded,and along the way, we will see many petroglyphs, places of offerings, and sacred. There is no hurry, enjoy having a break of the usual turmoil and listen, swim, and relax before heading back in our own time. Please note that this experience is out of the beaten track, in nature, and a sacred space for indigenous cultures. Hiking & yoga! What better way to experience the gorgeous landscapes that Sayulita has to offer. We will hike through the lush jungle taking in the sights. The hike is three miles(5k) round trip. We will pass views that are completely breathtaking. Along the way we will see a large variety of tropical exotic plants, birds, butterflies, and more palm trees than you can imagine. Once we arrive to a private secluded beach we will begin our yoga practice under the trees in the shade. There is nothing like hearing the serene sounds of the waves crashing and birds chirping as you mediate and practice yoga. The yoga class is all levels whether you are a beginner or experienced practitioner this is for you. By connecting mindful movements and the breath we give ourselves the opportunity to disconnect and quiet the mind, taking in all of the elements of nature. You do not need any experience in yoga or hiking to participate in this experience.
