In Budelli Island it will be possible see the famous 'Pink Beach' the only one in the world. Lunch on board will offred by the capitan with tipical sardish appetizzer and wine, pasta, sweet , coffe and tipical liquor . Una divertentissima esperienza in SUP, adatta anche a chi non ha mai usato una tavola stand up paddle, nella bellissima Golfo Aranci. Dopo una lezione teorica e delle prove in acqua imparerete a navigare in sicurezza con la tavola SUP. Partiremo dalla spiaggia dei baracconi alla scoperta delle bellissime calette del golfo. Panorami mozzafiato, acqua cristallina e spiagge meravigliose fanno da cornice a questa divertente esperienza tra sport e natura. Costeggeremmo l’isola di Figarolo con i suoi bellissimi fondali, faremo una sosta su una piccola spiaggia dell’isola dove vi offriremo, a seconda dell’orario scelto, colazione o aperitivo con prodotti rigorosamente made in Sardinia!! Altra tappa è Cala moresca dove ci si potrà rilassare e fare dei bagni. Questo Golfo è popolato da una famiglia di delfini Tursiopi (bottle nose) e con un pò di fortuna, potremmo ammirarli mentre nuotano e giocano. Take a break from the bustle of the city, there is a fantastic world just around the corner! After a short briefing we first snake around huge boulders while the white limestone cliff gets higher and higher and the water takes every shade of blue. It is here that we realize that there's not a better way to explore this breathtaking corner than easily sitting on a kayak. On our route we find small beaches cutted into the cliff, bunkers of the second world war, caves and different kind of birds. Our destination is a sandy little beach, quite difficult to reach by foot because set into the rock, where we can stretch our legs and wear our snorkeling kits, there's another world to explore! On our way back we change perspective and our attention is captured by details that we had not noticed before, enjoying every single meter. Civilization is waiting for us, the good thing is that now we can have a well deserved drink!

We will do all the step to make the perfect culurgionis: from pasta making to cooking the meal: - pasta making (each person have his own bunch of flour) and will be able to make his own pasta dough, having the possibilities to handle the difference between each pasta. - stuffing preparation and tasting (peel potato, mix ingredients, taste) All ingredients will be place on the table and everybody will mix and taste and compare to the each others. A competition the will be a fun way to know the real flavor - closing culurgiones Once you learn closing colurgionis you will never forget..but to learn it's up to you, your patience, your concentration and you abilities. - drink wine (drinking and cooking always come togheter) and we always have to taste a good Sardinian white and a good Sardinian red - lunch/dinner together (with starters & wines) Once we are set up the table and put starters, we are ready to enjoy our work and have a typical Italian/Sardinian meal - pasta to take away (if you like and if you don't eat all) Other things to note Please advise about intolleance/allergic problem or other request on food. Il tour parte dal porto e si naviga verso est in direzione del Poetto, la spiaggia cittadina di Cagliari passando davanti a S.Elia, Cala Bernat, Cala Mosca e il vecchio stabulario, Cala Fighera dove faremo la prima sosta per il bagno se le condizioni lo permettono, la Grotta dei Colombi dove vedremo la faccia del Diavolo e dove verrà raccontata la legenda che da il nome alla Sella del Diavolo per arrivare alle piscine di Gasole dove le scogliere bianche sovrastano il mare cristallino color smeraldo del Golfo degli Angeli… se il mare fosse agitato e non permette la sosta lì si proseguirà sino alla prima fermata del Poetto dove le acque sono più calme Dopo una pausa per immergersi nelle acque del golfo per fare Snorkelling si riprenderà il viaggio per far rientro al porto. Un’esperienza di tre ore intense a contatto con la natura a bordo di una splendida barca a vela, confortevole, condotta da uno skipper esperto e accolti da una hostess che vi racconterà leggende e storia antica dei posti che vedremo lungo tutto il viaggio. In base alle condizioni meteo potrebbero cambiare le soste o l’itinerario o il viaggio potrebbe essere annullato anche all’ultimo momento In questo tour si naviga a vela solo se le condizioni di sicurezza e la direzione del vento lo consentono.

La crociera giornaliera nel golfo che vi propongo si differenzia da tutte le altre che potete reperire, infatti durante la crociera vi guiderò a fare delle esperienze naturalistiche straordinarie, avrete la possibilità di partecipare a vari tour di snorkeling da me guidati che vi porterò a scoprire le meraviglie dei nostri fondali ricchi di vita sottomarina. Starò con voi tutta la giornata e grazie alla mia profonda conoscenza della costa sapró raccontarvi nel dettaglio tutte le vicende e le caratteristiche del territorio che visiterete, a fine giornata vi sarà offerto un aperitivo a bordo. Durata 7 ore, partenza presso banchina del rifornitore del porto di Cala Gonone in porto a Cala Gonone sempre nella stessa banchina. le barca è dotata di tendalino parasole, un piccolo frigorifero, ampio prendi sole, poltroncine e divenenti, sono previste 5 soste che possono variare a seconda delle condizioni meteo per farvi vivere al meglio la giornata, normalmente sono: Caletta Ziu Santoru, Cala Luna, Cala Sisine (sosta pranzo troverete wc e punto ristoro), Piscine di Venere, Cala Goloritzè. vedremo oltre 40km di costa incontaminata. Voi dovrete solo godervi il mare la compagnia e sperare di incontrare qualche bel pesce da salutare durante i tour di snorkeling che vi proporró durante la giornata!

Potrete vedere come si produce il tipico pecorino sardo, dal primo step della colatura del latte fino alla formazione della forma di formaggio. Nell'attesa che la cagliata sia pronta potrete gustare un aperitivo con salumi e vino di produzione propria. Assisterete all'arte della caseificazione che ancora si conserva e si tramanda per generazioni e che permette di produrre uno dei cibi più genuini della nostra regione.

Facilmente riconoscibile per la scultura di un delfino sopra uno scoglio in mezzo al mare , la spiaggia dello scoglio lungo è la nostra base di partenza. Scogliere rocciose a piattaforma , pareti strapiombanti e piccole spiaggette guideranno questo nuovo nostro tour . La costa irregolare e frastagliata si presenta ricca di insenature , nelle quali si aprono numerose grotte, armatevi di coraggio… la grotta dell’inferno vi attende. N.B. Per il rispetto dei fragilissimi habitat,delle normative locali e per la nostra e vostra sicurezza, non sarà possibile entrare nelle grotte con rischio frana.

Ci avvicineremo insieme al mondo della tessitura, osservando il funzionamento di un antico telaio tradizionale della Sardegna e i tessuti che con esso ho prodotto. Quindi ci metteremo attorno al grande tavolo in cui saranno sistemati quattro telai da scuola, a pettine/liccio. Spiegherò il loro funzionamento e le tipologie di tessuti che si possono fare. Dopo prenderemo i fili per preparare l'ordito, lo avvolgeremo insieme attorno ai pioli degli orditoi da tavolo e, una volta pronto, lo monteremo sui piccoli telai da tavolo. Introdurremo i fili nei fori del pettine/liccio, li annoderemo al subbio anteriore, li metteremo in tensione e.... saremo pronti per tessere. Una grande cesta di fili di lana, lino e cotone, bianchi, grezzi e colorati, vi sarà messa a disposizione per creare il vostro personale campione di tessuto, che a fine giornata porterete a casa. Questa esperienza verrà vissuta al piano terra della casa in cui normalmente accolgo gli ospiti di Airbnb. Vi seguirò passo passo, con attenzione, passione e amore per rendere questa esperienza autentica e indimenticabile. Altre cose da tenere a mente E' un'attività di tessitura di base, quindi semplice e accessibile a tutti. Vi guiderò alla realizzazione di ciò che vorrete con premura e attenzione. La filiera del grano dal campo alla tavola. All'interno di una azienda agricola visiterete un antico mulino a pietra funzionante, in cui il grano viene macinato lentamente come una volta, e i campi in cui viene coltivato il grano, in maniera assolutamente naturale, nella terra dei centenari

Sei pronto a scoprire il mare più bello d’Italia? Con un'escursione di 8 ore, potrai ammirare tutte le più belle calette, fatte da sabbia o ciottoli bianchissimi e da un mare turchese. La giornata inizia con la partenza dal porticciolo di Santa Maria Navarrese per le ore 9:00 circa. Dopo aver visto Pedra Longa, la bellissima spiaggia di Baus, la Grotta dei Colombi, si supera Capo Monte Santo per arrivare nelle insenature di Portu Cuau e Portu Pedrosu. La prima sosta, di circa 1 ora e 30 minuti, sarà nella spiaggia di Cala Mariolu; l’escursione prosegue con la visita delle Piscine di Venere e bagno dal gommone, e si prosegue in direzione Cala Luna per la sosta in spiaggia, in questo caso di circa 2 ore. Alle 14:00 circa si riparte in direzione Cala Birìala, dove potrete rilassarvi per 1 ora circa; durante il viaggio di rientro c’è ancora il tempo per le ultime foto e l’ultimo bagno dal gommone nelle acque cristalline di Cala Goloritzè. Il rientro al Porto è previsto per le 17:00 circa.

La tessitura rientra tra quei mestieri affidati da sempre alla cura delle donne, che sta scomparendo, almeno dalle nostre parti. Con pochi gesti si recuperano millenni di sapere e personalmente la trovo una tecnica meditativa, un modo per rilassarmi. La tessitura è una parte molto importante dell'artigianato sardo, molto varia per motivi, colori e tecniche. Nel mio workshop vi guiderò alle tecniche base della tessitura attraverso una dimostrazione. I partecipanti saranno invitati a partecipare e provare l'emozione che si ha quando ci si sente di fronte al telaio. I materiali usati saranno tutti naturali e ovviamente forniti dalla casa.
