Enjoy a delicious BBQ in your private, tropical backyard. Our spacious, bright and airy apartment is perched high on the South Bondi end amongst the gum trees. Its the perfect base from which to explore beautiful Bondi Beach, local cafes , bars and restaurants with the stunning coastline via the ocean footpath walk minutes away. Spectacular Sydney Harbour is a 15 minute walk away with access to the CBD a short and stunning Ferry ride away!
All this and more is so close and easily accessible.
Inside it is light and bright! Fresh paint, new carpet and 2 very comfortable queen sized beds plus a very comfortable queen sofa bed located in the lounge room. We also provide a privacy screen to turn the large living area into another bedroom and still have a living area. Our garden is very appealing with BBQ, ping pong table and comfortable garden furniture.

Located in a beautiful, quiet tree lined street.
No access limits. The flat is self contained, private accommodation with your own private entrance and garden. The wheel chair access is quite good and there is a half step into the apartment and 1 step out into the yard. We have a disability chair to make showering easy on the outside of our shower/bath.
You will be very happy in our apartment.
We are very happy to help you settle in as required. We can offer advice on where to go for the best restaurants, shopping or kids parks! We live in the house above and will be happy to assist with local knowledge to make your stay enjoyable.
Our neighborhood is friendly and surrounded by beautiful Australian Flora & Fauna. We are so close to both famous coastal beaches and harbour walks & a large selection of cafes & restaurants.
Catch a Ferry into the city from Rose Bay Wharf ( 5 min drive) for the best view of the iconic Sydney Harbour Bridge and Opera House from the water.
Francis Street has great access to public transport as Bondi Road is only 2 blocks away. All public bus transport to the city is via Bondi Road.
If you drive, parking can be a problem in Bondi as there is a two hour parking limit in Francis Street and many surrounding streets during the daytime.
So this means you must be careful not to get fined. Please always check parking signage, there is unlimited (All Day) parking a few streets up towards Bondi Rd.
You are safe to park at night from 8pm till 10am sharp the next morning, this means you will not be fined between those hours. There is also a website called Parkhound if you want to secure a parking spot.
Housekeeping...
There is No smoking, candles, incense or any naked flames allowed in our apartment. We have a clothes washing machine and tumble dryer for your convenience but if the sun shines please save our environment and use the portable clothes lines provided for drying.
The apartment is professionally cleaned prior to all guests arrival, with fresh bath towels, beach towels and bed linen. Please contact us if you wish to use the Sofa bed for any last minute added guests as we need to make up the bed with all our sheets and mattress protectors for hygiene reasons. Each 5th or 6th guest is $50 per person, per night. If your booking is for 4 guests or less and you want to use the sofa bed as a bed, then it will just be a flat rate of $50 for linen. We thank you for your honesty regarding usage of our sofa bed and for using the correct bed linen for hygiene. Should you wish a cleaning service during your stay we can book our cleaner for you. Please advise this requirement at time of booking if possible please and note a $180 fee for a full clean and linen change will apply and is payable in cash.
Regarding gatherings we prefer small groups with a maximum of 10 seats provided for indoor outdoor dining.
Also there is to be no commercial filming unless permission and an added fee for using our location is negotiated. This includes YouTube & Instagram posts for personal promotion.
