I hope to receive many wine lovers who want to have a unique wine and olive oil experience. Welcome drink on arrival, followed by a lesson on wine, visit to the 1620 winery, walk in the garden and among the vineyards and olive groves and finally rich wine tasting and good homemade food served in an enchanting place that you will love. After making the tagliatelle and ravioli , it will be time to make the typical Italian cake 'tiramisù' following the recipe of my great grandma. We'll have a day trip through the woods north of Rome, hunting truffles with the help of trained dogs, we will pass through areas rich in history of outstanding natural beauty. Learn how to make homemade pasta easily and successfully. We will meet in Florence at our cooking school located in the historic center, in front of the Arno river. We are a team of professionals chefs, we are pleased to meet you and let you spend a nice time with us for a fun and unique lesson. We will teach the secrets how to make RAVIOLI, FETTUCCINE or SPAGHETTI & TORTELLI in different shape. In tutta sicurezza partiremo dall'ingresso principale della città: Porta Marina. Con il VESUVIO in lontananza, parleremo degli ultimi momenti di POMPEI, della catastrofe e della STORIA DEGLI SCAVI. Passeremo per la BASILICA, il FORO con il mercato ed i TEMPLI principali...cammineremo per il decumano maggiore osservando da vicino e dall'interno le TERME SUBURBANE (spettacolare e recentemente aperte!) senza dimenticare di fare attenzione ai diversi simboli erotici sparsi per la città antica ed all'interno del LUPANARE! Esploreremo alcune delle più belle DOMUS aperte di recente ed in particolare le più affascinanti dove in alcune di esse i restauri sono stati eseguiti dal mio Prof. La visita continuerà tra BOTTEGHE, AFFRESCHI, MOSAICI, panetterie, TEATRI e aneddoti e storie di Abitanti e GLADIATORI. Pompei è viva. Ti aspettiamo!

We are going to meet by the Forestarìa farm on the northen hills of Lucca. We will start the cooking class with a glass of local wine :-) In the kitchen of our farmhouse, we will cook together authentic&traditional tuscan recepies. Later, you will enjoy the dinner in our garden with a beautiful sunset! Other things to note Our cooking class is an experience that combines traditional&authentic recepies, organic vegetables&fruits from our garden and lot of smiles&laughs...under the magical tuscan sun!

La crociera giornaliera nel golfo che vi propongo si differenzia da tutte le altre che potete reperire, infatti durante la crociera vi guiderò a fare delle esperienze naturalistiche straordinarie, avrete la possibilità di partecipare a vari tour di snorkeling da me guidati che vi porterò a scoprire le meraviglie dei nostri fondali ricchi di vita sottomarina. Starò con voi tutta la giornata e grazie alla mia profonda conoscenza della costa sapró raccontarvi nel dettaglio tutte le vicende e le caratteristiche del territorio che visiterete, a fine giornata vi sarà offerto un aperitivo a bordo. Durata 7 ore, partenza presso banchina del rifornitore del porto di Cala Gonone in porto a Cala Gonone sempre nella stessa banchina. le barca è dotata di tendalino parasole, un piccolo frigorifero, ampio prendi sole, poltroncine e divenenti, sono previste 5 soste che possono variare a seconda delle condizioni meteo per farvi vivere al meglio la giornata, normalmente sono: Caletta Ziu Santoru, Cala Luna, Cala Sisine (sosta pranzo troverete wc e punto ristoro), Piscine di Venere, Cala Goloritzè. vedremo oltre 40km di costa incontaminata. Voi dovrete solo godervi il mare la compagnia e sperare di incontrare qualche bel pesce da salutare durante i tour di snorkeling che vi proporró durante la giornata!

We have to wait for each one of you for 15 minutes so everyone can attend this experience. We have to get headphones we have to go through security check which is mandatory and and that’s another 15 minutes long until I exchange the voucher on the desk. We will start officially once we are inside the Vatican Museums and finish at 1h 45 minutes exactly, so if the guide has shown up at 4:30 sharp. The tour starts at 4:45 we have to wait for everyone. the tour must finish at 6:30 sharp.
